This Privacy Policy applies to the Car Launcher Auto mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "Car Launcher"), developed for Android car head units, tablets, and mobile devices. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This document explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your choices regarding your information.
The App requests only the permissions strictly necessary to deliver automotive launcher, navigation, media, and driving assistant functionality:
Purpose: To calculate real-time vehicle speed (GPS speedometer), compass heading, display your current position on the map, and provide localized weather information.
Handling: Location information is processed strictly in real-time on your device. We do not track, store, log, or transmit your movement history or location coordinates to our servers or any unauthorized third parties.
Purpose: As a replacement Home Launcher application for Android, Car Launcher requires access to query the list of installed applications on your device to display them in the app drawer, create custom shortcut icons, organize app categories, and launch selected applications.
Handling: Your list of installed applications remains entirely local to your device and is never uploaded or shared.
Purpose: Used exclusively when you explicitly tap the voice search or voice command button to perform hands-free voice operations while driving.
Handling: Audio input is processed instantly via the on-device or standard Android speech recognition engine. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice recordings to any external server.
Purpose: To maintain seamless speedometer overlays, floating widgets, and background service stability while navigating between different apps on your car head unit.
Handling: These permissions are solely used for system interface rendering and process lifecycle management on the device.
Purpose: To allow you to customize launcher wallpapers, save theme preferences, and cache map or asset resources locally.
Handling: The App only accesses files specifically selected or created by the user for launcher customization.
If you purchase a Premium subscription or upgrade within Car Launcher, transactions are processed securely by Google Play In-App Billing and managed via RevenueCat. We do not receive, collect, or store your credit card details or financial information.
The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs to provide essential features, diagnose crashes, and improve user experience:

All user preferences, custom layouts, and launcher configurations are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage mechanisms. We do not maintain user account databases containing personal information.
Car Launcher Auto is designed for automotive drivers and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions).

Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu các quyền thực sự cần thiết nhằm cung cấp giao diện launcher cho xe hơi, hiển thị tốc độ, dẫn đường và hỗ trợ lái xe an toàn:
Mục đích: Tính toán và hiển thị tốc độ di chuyển theo thời gian thực (đồng hồ công-tơ-mét GPS), la bàn hướng di chuyển, hiển thị vị trí phương tiện trên bản đồ và thông tin thời tiết địa phương.
Xử lý: Dữ liệu vị trí chỉ được xử lý tức thời trực tiếp trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không lưu trữ, theo dõi lộ trình hay gửi dữ liệu vị trí của bạn lên máy chủ bên ngoài.
Mục đích: Với vai trò là ứng dụng Launcher màn hình chính cho hệ thống xe, Car Launcher cần quyền truy vấn danh sách ứng dụng đã cài đặt để hiển thị danh sách ứng dụng (app drawer), tạo phím tắt nhanh trên giao diện lái xe và khởi chạy các ứng dụng được chọn.
Xử lý: Danh sách ứng dụng hoàn toàn nằm trên thiết bị và không bao giờ bị chia sẻ ra bên ngoài.
Mục đích: Được kích hoạt khi bạn chủ động nhấn vào nút tìm kiếm / điều khiển bằng giọng nói để thực hiện thao tác rảnh tay an toàn khi đang lái xe.
Xử lý: Âm thanh được chuyển đổi thành văn bản ngay lập tức qua công cụ nhận diện giọng nói chuẩn của hệ điều hành. Chúng tôi không thu âm, không lưu trữ và không gửi bản ghi âm của bạn lên bất kỳ máy chủ nào.
Mục đích: Duy trì widget tốc độ nổi, widget launcher và dịch vụ hỗ trợ hoạt động mượt mà khi bạn chuyển đổi giữa các ứng dụng trên màn hình ô tô.
Xử lý: Quyền này chỉ dùng để hiển thị giao diện nổi và quản lý tiến trình trên thiết bị.
Mục đích: Cho phép bạn tùy biến hình nền launcher, lưu các cài đặt giao diện và bộ nhớ đệm tài nguyên cục bộ.
Xử lý: Ứng dụng chỉ đọc/ghi các tệp mà bạn chủ động lựa chọn hoặc cấu hình cho launcher.
Nếu bạn nâng cấp gói Premium trong Car Launcher, giao dịch thanh toán được xử lý an toàn tuyệt đối bởi Google Play In-App Billing và quản lý qua RevenueCat. Chúng tôi không nhận hoặc lưu trữ bất kỳ thông tin thẻ ngân hàng hoặc chi tiết thanh toán nào của bạn.
